Hi there.
For the best case scenario, one must try to solve all the questions of all the sections.
If you have constraint of time, then you can skip "solving" the examples given there but make sure to at least go through them once.
You should complete LEVEL 1 questions of all chapters and if time permits, go to level 2. You can do level 2 of those chapters in which you are weak to make your concept more clear and to get better idea of the questions.
There's no need of doing previous years questions given there if you don't have much time.
Rather for doing previous years questions, buy MTG chapter wise previous years questions of NEET/AIPMT and solve that instead.

DC Pandey have lots of questions forfor stude practice of all types of questions nd face no problems .
Its tought to solve all questions of all topics so you can only skip questions of same type other than there is no option
