Hope you are doing well.

As per your question, according to AP EAMCET rank calculator they have particular weightage like 75 percent is of EAMCET marks and 25 percent is of IPE marks. According to your marks given 78 your rank would be lying in between 10k to 20k as you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under BC -A.
