Hello,
you can get IITs but not the top ones....because your predicted rank will be around 10000-13000 which means you can only get lower IITs....But you can practice more and more to get a chance for top colleges...please refer to the below given link for more details regarding cutoffs:

These are new iit's
But u got only tag of IIT not good facility and placements .
So my opinion is to drop this year and again attempt this exam

Sorry to say. This marks not enough for good NIT as well. You should cross 200 in Mains. Or rankings below 6000.
Sir is this rank to get chemical engineering in IIT. 8000 is enough kya
Chemical engineering is very least popular and less preferred course so you should not have any problems in getting admission. You haven't mentioned your caste category. That is very very important aspect in decide college
