You can apply for state quota of a particular state only if either you have a domicile of that state or you had done your 10th and 12th class from that state.

So ATQ if you don't have domicile you can apply for the particular state only if you had pass your 10th and 12th classes from there.

Procedure is as follows :-

1)Wait till the official notification of the particular state.
2)Once the state counselling forms are out you can fill it by filling that choice that you don't have domicile but you are qualified by academic domicile.
3)Then lock the choices.

There are many states like Karnataka, Tamilnadu, UP, Kerala etc. for which you don't require the domicile of the state. If you explain the particular state for which you want to know then I can help you better.
