While applying for Jeemain exam, I've filled B.E/B.Tech,B.Arch and B Planning and All. Do I need to prepare something else for these course or just jeemain course is sufficient?

Just intermediate level physics, chemistry and mathematics is not sufficient in your case in JEE mains paper 2 they'll ask you mathematical aptitude, also there will be a drawing section in which your imaginations are tested how you imagine a given condition in drawing there are various ways in which they'll test you.
