While doing bachelor's which semester GPA is seen, for getting admission in masters course?

to take admission in master degree course you have to fill the application form, where you may have to mention each of the GPA of all semesters or you need to give details of overall percentage or overall gpa of bachelors course. after completing the bachelors program you would get a provisional certificate where your overall bachelors course result would mention. now some of the university provisional certificate, percentage of the score is not mentioned. so in that case, you must know the gpa or cgpa to percentage conversion rules of the respective university, then you can provide the percentage details.
