You have to apply with the 14 digit Aadhaar Enrolment ID/UR No. (Including slash) printed on the correction slip if you have yet to submit the form. If you have already applied for NEET and only applied for Aadhar correction later, then you can make correction in his details in the correction window when it opens between March 12-16.
