Both of these courses are very different. BSc Nursing involves the field of nursing with respect to humans whereas veterinary science is related to medicine with respect to animals.

There's not much to compare when it comes to both of these fields due to how different they are.

As for which of the course is better, it depends entirely on the individual and what sparks their interest. If you're interested in the field of nursing, BSc Nursing is the course for you. If veterinary sciences piques your interest, then BVSc&AH is the course for you.

To get an admission in either of these courses, you need to finish your 10+2 from a recognised board in the science stream with biology / life sciences as a subject along with physics and chemistry. After that, you need to appear for the respective entrance exam for the course of your liking.
