JEE Main 2018 will be held by CBSE only, which 99% certain. However, as NTA has been approved by the cabinet, its implementaion is also likely, which is just 1%. Also, there is no official announcement so far on the NTA being implemented in 2018. Thus, it's highly likely that NTA will begin from 2019.
