Hey Pavan,

There are too many colleges in India which do not give placement and also quality of education is worst.

We don't know why they are and why government don't ban them.

So for taking admission in any college you have to explore more and more about that college.

Analyze the fee structure , placement statistics, quality of eductaion and social life of the students.
