Hello Amit,
I am extremely sorry to inform you but if you didn't fill the JEE mains form then this year you would not be able to get admission in IPU for B-tech course.It is to be noted that admissions to B.Tech programme except Biotechnology will be through JEE Main 2019 Paper 1 and there will be no IPU CET for regular B.Tech admissions.
You can opt for other engineering entrance examination as well as state level engineering entrance examination which doesn't require JEE mains marks. So, hope for the best.
