you have not clearly mentioned the  college. You should ask with clear detailing so that we can provide you with proper informations.

This year's cut offs of various NIT's has not been released yet. However according to cut off's previous years I am afraid to inform you that getting cse with your OBC rank is nearly impossible. But on the other side you can get other non circuital departments  in all the bottom-list NITs as well as some departments of the topmost NITs also.
