The reason for the mentioned issue must be that you have chosen Yes in self declaration form. If anyone chooses yes, he/she confirms that the person is not eligible for any MBBS/MD or any relevant posts in the state of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. To change it, you need to make corrections in the application form between 8-12th August at neet.nic.in by paying a small charge.
