Why is the 3rd Phase notification for telangana NEET counselling getting delayed? pls explain.

The mopup round counselling for the state of Telangana is tentatively scheduled to happen in August. As the second round of counselling has just finished, authorities might take some time to start the mopup round if the seats are left vacant. Official notification is expected to be made available soon. Dear Charvi, the mop up round will happen after the left over and vacant seats from Central pool are transferred to the respective States. Because Round 1 Counselling had to be conducted again, the process was delayed. . KNRUHS released a notification stating that after 3 rounds of State Counselling, 412 MBBS and 358 BDS seats have been lying vacant. 8 B Category seats, 404 NRI seats are vacant for MBBS. For BDS, 212 B Category seats and 146 NRI seats are vacant. The mop up round will be conducted tentatively in the month of August for these seats and also the ones to be transferred from Central pool.
