Why neet considers aggregate marks of pcb of 12th class and not individually?
Dear student,
Greetings.
As per the eligibility criteria, the qualifying marks for NEEt exam is as under:
- UR - 50%
- OBC/SC/ST - 40%
- PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
In almost every exam, only aggregate marks is considered to qualify, and it is beneficial for the students as the average marks is considered to take admission. Considering individual marks will be a bit tougher for the students as compared to aggregate marks scored.
