There was never any official confirmation that NEET would be conducted twice this year. It was a speculation. It has never been announced that NEET would be conducted twice a year. So NEET 2020 is being conducted this year in May as usual.
Just to keep you posted, important dates for NEET UG 2020:
Registration Dates: 2nd to 31st December, 2019
Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

Hrd minister Prakash javdekar ne 2018 me announced kiya tha ki neet 2020 two time hogi .ab Kyu is faisle ko badal dala jee bhi to two times hoti hai to fir aisa kyu.
