Hi Sarwan,

In Many government colleges OBC and other Reserved seats are not filled beacuse of the rules and regulations that should be followed by ththts institutes.

Goverment has set certain rules for getting this reservation, so only eligible cabdiadtes can get the sets.

So restbof the seats comes empty or it will be transferred to general category after the reservation.
