Coming to your question, I would like to tell you that the pmch is the best medical college for the MBBS in the bihar state because it is one of the oldest medical college with a strong alumni network , the professor's are also very experienced there , and it is located in the centre of the the city Patna , which adds up some more stars to the beauty of pmch , also most people choose it first because it has the pg courses also in the campus while others colleges like bettiah medical college does not have ,
So these are the factors which make the pmch the best medical college of the bihar.
