why result will not declered who had score less then threshold in jee advance

if anyone who had crack jee advance is allowed to get admission in iisc .then why not all get selected to this institution ? is any other creteria is followed?

Nitish result will be declared for all the students who had given JEE Advanced examination on 20th May 2018 but the rank will be declared only for those students who have cleared the cut-off in their respective category plus also have crossed the minimum marks kept in each subject. Rest of the students will be able to see only their scorecard but will not be avail with any rank neither overall rank nor category rank.

The scorecard is made available so that if any other government or private college uses JEE Advanced marks for giving admission then you can apply in that college with this scorecard.
