AIPVT gives 15% seats by all India quota and there is 27% seats reserved for OBC students under this AIQ. So maximum seats given by AIPVT under AIQ is 12 and for OBC students it is 3 seats out of 12 by 27% reservation. And you can check it yourself by the link given below
