Why there is one more option for upgradation after second round? Is there any chances of getting a govt MBBS seat in it?

Yes, candidates can get government seats in the third round of the counseling and also in the mop up round if it is held. They're either allotted a government college for the first time or their college is upgraded to a more choiceful one. All the best!

I get GMC Chhindwara in 1st round and may be through last year statestics will be getting GMC rewa in second round so shall I opted for upgradation after second round for GMC Jabalpur.
