Hello aspirant,there is no confirm notice regarding a single exam for medical entrance. Probably both AIIMS and NEET will be conducted in 2020 . I suggest you to be prepared for both the exams and for now just focus on your study routine. All the very best for your future.

Obviously aiims will be conducted who says aiims won't . Aiims itself has a reputation and stands stiff in front of other medical colleges. Aiims conducts it's own entrance exam and in 2020 also it will cinduco it's own .and there is no news as such so far that aiims will incudin under NEET. I hope this was helpful
