Will cut off for gate biotechnology 2019 crosses 38? Is Gate BT 2017 easy or Gate 2018??

The cutoff of BT paper for gate has not been released yet. It is very difficult to predict a rigid score. It may vary from original score. There are lots of factors which effect the cutoff like paper level, students appered, etc..
So it would to difficult to say that whether it will stick to 38 or vary. You need to wait till official results are declared. You can find analysis of paper on the link
