@Shristhi: My answer will be my real reason. And it depends. If you are taking this gap for preparation reason then be honest with it. Mention the same.

@Shristhi: Yes you will be asked to justify your gap and if you are unable to do, might give them a negative impression. Though there are many students who take the gap to prepare for CAT but the explanation should be genuine and justifiable. All the best
