Will I be eligible for state counselling if I go for All India counselling?

Yes, you can but be aware of choice filling order and college performance.

If your rank is low then prefer your state counseling because you will get a better college from STATE QUOTA than AQI.

First counseling of your state may probably take place between 1st & 2nd round of AI Quota seat allotment...

So take a calculated decision weighing the risk vs reward ratio

if you have a good rank in your state merit list and you are confident to get your desired state college through state Counseling, then during AI Quota Counseling you should opt only those colleges for which you can sacrifice your state college.

This will prevent your unnecessary running & expenditure in case an undesired college is allotted to you after the 1st round.

Be aware of the 2nd round of counseling once you join second round seat from ALL INDIA 15 percent QUOTA, you will not be allowed to resign from the allowed 2nd round of seat.
