Hello,
No,you can't if you are going to appear for jee mains in 2020 as you have passed class 12th in 2017 then you can apply for jee mains only till 2019 and jee advanced till 2018.So try to appear for jee in 2019 or go for the it course after 12th or any other engineering entrance exams.
