Hello aspirant,
I'm sorry to inform you but it is not possible to get a medical seat with this score under bc category. Competition is very high these days.
Looking at the statistical data, the least marks required to grab a government seat under state quota for MBBS was 588 marks. So I hope you understand that is a huge margin.
Even for BDS the least marks required were 529 for bc category under state quota.
The cutoff will change this year hopefully but won't reach anywhere around 385.
