Getting a medical seat in a government/private college completely depends on:
1. Your score
2. The cutoff, upon which your rank depends
3. Your state (number of seats in your state)
4. And your category (reservation quota-General/SC/ST/OBC/PWD)
The qualifying marks for SC/ST/OBC would most probably vary in the range of 95-100 out of 720 as per the previous years' trends. Only after you qualify NEET UG 2019, you would be able to register and appear for online counselling sessions for the admission in a government/private medical college. Even after you qualify, your marks and eventually your rank (which ultimately depends upon the cutoff) would decide whether you would grab a good/not so good government medical college or a private one.
Hence do tally your results according to your expected score and the conditions mentioned here.
