Hello Rithwik,
The qualifying cutoff for JEE - Advanced for EWS category is 78 marks so with the score of 68 you won't be considered as qualified in JEE - Advanced. So, without qualifying in JEE - Advanced you can't get into any IIT. If you have a good score in JEE - Main you can get into NIT through the counseling.
