Will i get a seat in iits if my score is 64 marks and i am eligible for ews category

Hello Student,
Generally the cut off for general category goes around 30-35% of total marks. Also EWS policy is going for the first time, so we are not much confident about that.
But, still with a score of 64 marks if you are a general category student it's not possible to get into any IITs.
