You have no chance of getting a government or private college. However, based on previous year cut off, you can get the following deemed colleges-
1. Sri Lakshmi Narayan Institute of medical sciences, Puducherry- 152
2. Bharath Medical College, Chennai- 141
3. Datta Meghe medical college, Nagpur- 166
You can try for mop up round and try getting other deemed colleges if possible.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So on such marks you have very low or almost no chances to get any of the good government or private medical colleges under state quota or AIQ. But on such score you can try for some Deemed Institutions through AIQ counselling though the chances are extremely low, because you have only qualified the NEET and even with General category the score is very less. With Marks you have scored in the NEET EXAMINATION, it would be very difficult for you to get MBBS seat in Government Medical Colleges, but you might get seat in following Deemed Medical Universities ( very high fees ) :
• Sri Lakshmi Narayana Inst. of Med. Scien., Puducherry:- 152 marks - 21.5 Lakhs per year
• Meenakshi Medical College Host. and Res. Inst., Chenna:- 169 marks - 22.5 Lakh per year
• Shri Satya Sai Medical College and RI, Kancheepuram:- 173 marks - 20 Lakh per year
To get admission in these colleges, you will have to participate in NEET ALL INDIA QUOTA, AIQ COUNSELING.
