will i get AP quota if i am from himachal but did my schooling for 12 years from AP on the study basis because i am not getting HP quota

Your state of eligibilty is decided by the state in which you passed your class 12. So yes if you pass class12 th from AP you will definately get AP quota.

Yes you are eligible for state quota in Andhra Pradesh as you have done your schooling from a local institution in AP.
