Hello,
You have not mentioned your branch.Cut off is different for each branch.And you need to qualify in GATE to be eligible to get admission in any college for M.E/M.tech.Even if you have qualified in GATE with such low score you will not get a good college, you may have to appear in GATE 2021.You score must be 550 or above to have decent chances of getting a good college.
