Will I get good engineering college...if I get 45% cutoff and above 60% total?

Your board marks aren't the only consideration that is done,Your entrance exam marks also matter.Depends which exam you are giving the entrance exam plays an important role.

If suppose you are giving MHTCET and you score good marks around 150-160 then you can surely get a good college in Maharashtra..

But if you score less in CET or JEE and your boards marks are already less,then you might encounter difficulties while taking admission as the overall rank that is printed or made available is on the basis of both board and entrance exam.

So its always better to have an extra edge in your performance,Best way is to score more in Entrance exam.
