it is very difficult to get Govt. and good Privates medical colleges with a score below 500
i will tell you about last year analysis
i scored 548 in NEET 2017 and got kerala rank 1881 and currently im studying in PUSHPAGIRI MEDICAL COLLEGE
last year with the help of spot admissions and all and due to high fee structure some students gave up their dreams due to lack of money..so students who score below 500 i.e even students who got 460 marks entered MBBS course
and i think (dont remember exactly) the spot admission MBBS list consists of students with 6000 Kerala ranks and above (confirm it)
This year also the exam was easierso there is an increase in students with marks above 600..
so with your score you cant join any Govt. medical colleges if u belong to general category and ezhava and muslim categories
getting into a private college will also be a matter of concer
through general allotments you wont get any seats but dont worry go for the spot admissions there is some chances

Hello Praveen. Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges..
