will i get into st Xavier's mumbai with 87% in isc. I did not give 2 of my exams which ruined my percentage and I was wondering if Xavier's would lower their cut offs this year considering the ongoing pandemic.

Since you did not mentioned about the course for which you are enquiring and also your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accordingly but if considering your profile, you are an Arts aspirant. So for BA in St. Xavier's College, Mumbai 50% of the total seats are reserved for Christian Community and Management Quota.
According to previous years merit list the cut off percentage for different categories are given below :-
- General : HSC(Arts) - 92%, Others - 98%
- Christians : HSC( Arts) - 84%, Others - 93%
- SC - 82%
- ST - 81%
- OBC - 91%
- PH - 86%
- Special - 97%
- DT/NT - 51%
- SBC - 75%
Note that the percentage of marks required for your admission will also depends on your category and cut-offs are bound to change every year.
