Will I get jorhat engineering college jec with 1076 rank in assam cee 2019 ( I belong to OBC category).

Since you have secured 1076 rank (OBC category) in CEE 2019 so definitely it's very hard for you to secure set in JEC.
However if you managed to get a seat in JEC you won't be able to get good branch there.
But, definitely you will get a seat along with good branch in other engineering college under Assam CEE

Last year one of my friend got jec civil branch and his rank was 1502 obc(ncl).So what is possibility of this year?
