As per the the details shared by you, there is no chance that you will get any medical college this year(at least government seat) due to very high cutoff, but if you are interested to take admission in private medical/dental college then you should take part in counselling otherwise it is advisable that if you are interested and really want to be a doctor then get yourself prepared this time with more hard work as well as smart work.
You can put the colleges you wish admission for. Mostly the college you will get will be private. The cutt off is really great this time. As you have not mentioned your state as well as your category it's hard to tell which college you can.
