I got 5,108 all India rank in neet MDS 2019 will I get seat in any government clg for periodontics branch??

GETTING SEAT IN CLINICAL BRANCHES WILL BE DIFFICULT AS MOST OF SEAT ARE ALLOTED IN 1ST ROUND ONLY.
YHE CUTOFF FOR GENERAL CATEGORY IS 25.358 AND and For general It is 15.358.
BUT AFTER THE FIRST ROUND OF COUNSELLING IN AIQ.
MOST OF THE SEAT ARE ALREADY ALLOTED TO STUDENTS.
SO GETTING SEAT IN SECOND ROUND WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR TOP BRANCHES.
FURTHER YOU CAN TRY FOR PAID MANAGEMENT SEATS IN TOP DEEMED UNIVERSITY COLLEGES IN MAHARASHTRA, KARNATAKA ETC.
