The basic academic eligibility criteria for NEET is to pass your HSC boards with minimum 50% total aggregate marks in Physics Chemistry and Biology. Even if you've had your compartment exams but have passed in it then there won't be any kind of issue.
And the NEET counseling will mainly be based on your NEET score. So, do not worry and focus on your preparation to give your besttt.!
