FDDI is the only institute in Asia which provides specialisation in footwear designing.
It's a fully government institute and recognized as an institute of national importance. Infrastructure might not be that good but for a college established in 1986 should be acceptable.
Being an Institute of national importance also enables you to study abroad.

2 years back FDDI was in news for its invalid degree and now they give IGNOU degree.
