Hello Aspirant,
For EWS criteria the conditions that needs to be fulfilled are as follows:-
- One should not own more than 1000 sqft of flat.
- One should not own more than 5 acres of land.
- One's family income should not cross 8L per annum.
Now if your conditions are fulfilled and your certificate is made then it is valid for that year even if in that year your family income or land crosses the given criteria.
You need not worry if you have got your certificate it is valid for that year itself.
