JEE Main April session exam is expected to be held April 6 to 20, 2019 and NIOS April Exam date is not announced yet. You can check the related information with the given below links.

I don't think so it will be in the same time. Possibly it may be after the 3-4 days of the completion of your theory exam otherwise there will be a large difference in the holidays of two exams and in between them the NTA will put the date of the JEE mains. So basically it will hard to say that. But anyways below the link is given through which you can able to go through will all the schedule of the the NIOS board exam.
