If you are talking about Round 2 of All India Coubselling, MCI has withdrawn the Round 1 results until further notice. If everything was going as per schedule, Round 2 registration should have started on July 9th. But now as the Round 1 results have been withdrawn, the Round 2 registration has been postponed until we hear from MCI. Please keep an eye on their official page for more information at mcc.nic.in

There is a fix date and time for the registration of first and second round of counselling of neet. If you did not registered in that time period then it will not be open again.

You should apply in that time period for the counselling.

Hello aspirant,

If you are asking about the registration of counselling than there are no chances of opening the window again as they have cleared before with the dates of counselling regiatrations and every scheduled procedure. Registrations will not be open.
