The answer to your question is quite predictable. JEE Advanced was at par in difficulty level when compared to previous years' papers. Last year, for general category, the minimum number of marks in each subject to qualify was 12 marks. Considering this year's difficulty level, the cut-off will go down by a margin of atleast 5-10 marks. Since the cut-off will go down for sure, the minimum subject-wise marks to qualify will also go down to at least 10 marks in each subject.
