Will there be a problem if my given Mobile number is correct but email is wrong?

Dear candidate, you cannot correct your mobile number and email id if filled wrong in NEET application form. Now, you need to do fresh registration again with a different email id. You will also get the same messages on your phone number which they send on email id but it may happen you miss some information which they sent on mail but not on phone number. To be on safer side, you can continue with fresh registration.

I cannot do a fresh registration as they are saying that there is already a registration with these details.
