Will there be any date for form correction for clat 2019?

Hey.
As per the official website of CLAT, no changes can be made in the application form once you have submitted it. Hence as of now there is no official notification regarding any correction window of CLAT.
Also, your marks in class 12th are considered only to check your eligibility for admission through it. So you will be eligible even if you had scored 66 or 69%. So I don't think it would make much difference for that.
So as of now, it can't be corrected. The only way to correct is to fill a new application form.

Since my percentage is above the minimum criteria will such discrepancy pose a problem during the admission process?

The CLAT website says that there should be no discrepancy between the information provided by you in the form and the original documents. But as your original marks are more than what you mentioned and it also doesn't affect yout eligibility then it shouldn't pose any problem. But to still be on a safer side id suggest you to contact the CLAT offical Helpline through email/phone.
