Dear Sir / Ma'm, as of now there has been no news regarding any such rank inflation. Even if there are any such chances, you have to wait unless the NTA releases any official notice regarding this. If something like this will happen, then it will only be after the declaration of NEET UG 2019 results which is due tentatively on the 5th of June 2019.
