Dear Hemant, they invigilators will certainly check your photo. They will have a copy of details and your photo. You have to take an Identity proof along with you for verification purposes. So they will validate your Id proof and photo along with the ones they have. If any discrepancy has been found, you will not be allowed to the exam hall. Address doesnt matter. What matters is the photo, name and Id card proof to validate those details.

CAN I TAKE COLLEGE ID CARD
You still need to take Aadhar card and not college id.
my photo is old one is it ok
