will veerashaiva lingayat come under NC-OBC for CAT 2019

Dear Abhilasha, Veerashaiva-Lingayats are considered backward class and come under Category 3B with a 5% reservation. An OBC NCL certificate is given to those Candidates whose family income from all sources is less than 6 lakhs per annum. So in General Veerashaiva-Lingayats come under just OBC. But it is the financial status of a Candidate that determines whether he/she falls under OBC-NCL.
